Dr. Theresa Flowers, LCSW is the owner/therapist of Seed of Faith Counseling & Services, LLC. She is a native of Nashville, Arkansas. She earned her Bachelors of Social Work from Philander Smith College, Masters of Social Work degree in Direct Practice with Mental Health Clients from the University of Texas at Arlington, and Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work from Adelphi University. Dr. Flowers has completed advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brainspotting. Throughout her career as a therapist, she has worked with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, and other life transitions. In addition to clinical experience, Dr. Flowers has experience teaching at the university level (BSW and MSW), conducting research, and providing academic advisement, as well as public speaking, consulting, and training.
