Sound Bowl Healing

Hi Friends! My name is Chelsea and I will be guiding you through a meditative sound journey for the duration of our time together. This is a time dedicated just for you so make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing preferably in a quiet space where you feel safe to fully relax. This practice is best utilized with earbuds but is not necessary. You can either be sitting or lying down position for this practice whatever is most comfortable for you. I will be leading you through a guided meditation while infusing you with healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls and other magical instruments. This experience will be a massage for your mind and have you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and reset by the end of our session.
