The Office of Climate and Energy is asking members of the public for their insights on recommendations submitted by the topical workgroups of the Council on Climate Solutions and how Michigan can move toward carbon neutrality by 2050. Two online public listening sessions have been scheduled, one on December 1 from 9:30-11:30 a.m., and the second on December 2 from 6-8 p.m. The workgroup recommendations can be found on EGLE’s Office of Climate and Energy website https://www.michigan.gov/egle/0,9429,7-135-3306_88771_102482_108976---,00.html.
After registering, you will receive an email from "EGLE Outreach" with a link for you to use to join the meeting. Pre-registration is not required to attend the meeting. Individuals interested in participating can click on the registration link (https://bit.ly/3CtWhRt) at the start of the event (9:30 a.m.).
