Preparing Geospatial Professionals for All Things Broadband
There is currently an unprecedented level of funding available for broadband (high-speed internet) related activities and projects, including broadband mapping, planning, build out, and more. The increase in access, adoption, and use of broadband and related technologies is key to Connected Nation’s mission, and there are many things geospatial professionals should be aware of related to all the upcoming broadband activities. Whether you are a geospatial professional for a government agency, an economic development agency, or other organization with an interest in broadband availability, there is much to prepare for. This webinar will speak to broadband data, funding, state and federal activities, legislative actions, and how communities can prepare for the influx of broadband related funding.
