She currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) U.S. Foundation Board for Philanthropy and is a member and past president of the AFP Advancement Northwest Board.

Rachel Krinsky served for 20+ years in executive nonprofit leadership, guiding organizations towards growth, service, sustainability and equity. Rachel has extensive experience advising leaders and teams. She helps people and organizations achieve the highest performance of their goals by identifying and embodying their greatest strengths and strongest values. Most recently, Rachel served as Executive Director of LifeWire, where she helped to significantly increase shelter and housing services for survivors of domestic violence in King County, including completion of a $16 million capital campaign.
