1.) Gain a deeper understanding about the landmark 1998 ACE study and how ACEs impact health across our lifespan.
2.) Learn how trauma and toxic stress shape the developing brain and body, and how safe, supportive, and nurturing relationships can buffer the effect.
3.) Gain practical tools and resources to build resilience and support children and families who have experienced trauma and adversity.
