RHC Regulatory Updates and Good Faith Estimate Policy

Dear RHC Community,

Per the No Surprises Act (NSA), all health care providers, since
January 1, 2022, are required to issue Good Faith Estimates (GFEs)
to uninsured and self-pay patients who request the summary of
expected charges and who schedule an appointment 3 or more days in advance. Additional provisions related to GFEs are set to go into effect January 1, 2023.

We encourage you to join us for an upcoming webinar on
Wednesday, December 7th , 2022, at 3 PM ET where Nathan Baugh
and Sarah Hohman will provide an update of new RHC regulatory
provisions as well as an overview of current and upcoming Good Faith Estimate requirements.

As always, NARHC will be providing this webinar free of charge. RHCs can submit questions during registration or ask them live during the webinar. A copy of the slides and a recording will be available within a few days after the webinar is complete
