Students (ages 10-25) who participate in athletics, music, dance, and other activities that require discipline and commitment will gain tools that help decrease anxiety, negative thoughts, fatigue, and burnout.
**If possible, please have 4 PAPERCLIPS with you when you attend the zoom workshop for an activity.**
Learn mindfulness strategies that can improve resiliency, competitive performance, and the ability to perform optimally under extreme stress.
Coaches & parents will learn skills for bringing mindfulness, awareness, and compassion into their work with youth.
