Prior to joining Ashley Capital, Mr. Rosecrans was responsible for business park development activities for a real estate subsidiary of We Energies, real estate investment activity at an investment banking firm and a real estate broker for a national brokerage firm. He has an undergraduate degree from Washington University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Rosecrans is involved with several community service organizations. He is also an avid cyclist.

Jeff Hoffman specializes in developing and executing real estate strategies for occupiers, investors & developers of industrial real estate. ZPG is a privately-held real estate development, investment, and management company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Navis joined ZPG in 2007 and has more than 20 years of industrial investment and development experience. Prior to joining ZPG, Mr. Navis held various positions with WISPARK LLC including Director of Development. Mr. Navis received his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
