A definition of “resilient” is being capable of returning to an original shape or position, as after having been compressed. When facing uncertainty in uncharted times, the mind and body don’t have a map to follow, and we need to create different responses. In this presentation you will expand your awareness of how the unknown is interpreted by your mind and body.
You will learn to understand the feelings associated with the unknown and how to take control of the triggers that create unsettling emotions in experiencing your life. You will learn to develop personal resources and increase your resilience in uncharted times. Most importantly, when you convey confidence and resilience you can become a positive role model for others struggling with similar issues.
