Prosecutorial Performance Indicators (PPIs) are a data-informed office management, performance measurement, community engagement, and accountability tool. Please join us for a virtual webinar on Tuseday, July 19th at 3 PM ET as the PPI co-managers Besiki Kutateladze, Don Stemen, Rebecca Dunlea and Melba Pearson discuss their findings and implications in a new study on prosecutorial efficiency, effectiveness, and fairness. The project team is set to release this study which examines how 15 jurisdictions approach their case screening and dismissal decision making. While high acceptance rates often translate into more subsequent dismissals, this trend does not always hold. The panelists will discuss these trends, as well as the impact of COVID-19, racial/ethnic disparities, and domestic violence.
This free webinar is the ninth in our PPI implementation Webinar Series and is made possible by the support of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. All who wish to attend are welcome.
