Unlike other emotional intelligence assessments, the Everything DiSC Agile EQ Profile does not measure whether a person is high or low on emotional intelligence. Wiley’s research has found that there are different types of emotional intelligence that are correlated with the DiSC Styles.
The Agile EQ Profile identifies each person’s natural EQ Strengths based on their DiSC Style. Each of these natural strengths is a mindset the person uses to successfully deal with the situations they face on a day to day basis. Unfortunately people also face situations where their natural mindsets are not effective – situations that require the agility to adapt and use a different mindset.
Using a facilitated learning experience, the Agile EQ Profile teaches participants how to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of different situations, and how to adapt to the demands of those mindsets that don’t come naturally.
