This is a half day workshop examining the role of non-technical skills in Healthcare and the role of Clinical Educators in teaching these skills to trainees. The workshop involves pre-course material, lectures, interactive discussions, and review of a simulated scenario. Mobile phone voting allows all delegates to express their opinions in a confidential environment.
