本セミナーでは、日本企業と海外企業の契約実務経験豊富な弁護士が、さまざまな種類の英文契約書の基礎と実務的な留意点をわかりやすく英語で解説いたします。

第2回のService Agreementについてのセミナーでは、ICC Model International Consulting Services Contract等を参照しながら、提供するサービスの内容、支払い、当事者の間の関係および競業避止を中心に、サービス契約の基本を説明して、時間があれば、最後にQ＆Aも行う予定です。英語のサービス契約での有益な条項も紹介させていただきます。

Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners is pleased to announce its series of seminars in English, which will be conducted by its foreign attorneys, who are experienced in international transactions between Japanese and overseas companies. They will provide practical tips and explain some basic model clauses of various types of English contracts in an easy-to-understand manner.

The second seminar in this series will focus on Service Agreements, with reference to the ICC Model International Consulting Services Contract. The seminar will cover the basics of service agreements, with specific attention paid to clauses related to scope of work, payment, relationship between parties and non-competition. Time permitting, a Q&A session will also be held. In addition, this seminar will introduce clauses useful in English service agreement drafting.
