Yuri W. Ramirez, PhD, MBA, Director, Intel Global Employee Engagement Program Office
Yuri is Director of the Intel Global Employee Engagement Program Office, part of the Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact (GDIS) organization. He has a PhD in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Operations and Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Yuri has been with Intel for 15 years (10 in Manufacturing, 5 in Software). The Employee Engagement Program Office purpose is to create the best engagement experience for ALL our employees (from Onboarding, Integration, Development, Progression, Inclusion/Belonging), to enable them to be the best version of themselves to help Intel become the best technology company in the world.
