In its second year, workingwise.co.uk has launched its #AgeDiversity campaign which includes National Older Workers Week, sponsored by Phoenix Group. Drawing on research and best practice, its aim is to help organisations organisations develop policies and procedures that both attract and retain older workers and ensure their organisation is age diverse.
'Older Workers: The Action Plan' is the the final event during National Older Workers week and will focus on concrete steps employers can take to ensure that they are truly age-inclusive and that they tap into all the talent and experience on offer.
