Spouses, partners, and family members often feel the pressure of providing adequate support, while coping with stress factors. This free educational webinar will focus on strengthening and fostering healthy relationships for couples and families impacted by MS nationwide. Our guest presenter, Elizabeth Nager will provide tools on coping with stress, understanding MS as a family, creating intimate moments with your partner, communicating with one another, strengthening relationships, and strategies to help couples and families.

Elizabeth Nager, an expert individual, couples, and family psychotherapist specializes in working with clients who are newly diagnosed or have progressive MS. Elizabeth has specialized in working with people diagnosed with MS since 1982. She provides therapy for individuals, couples and families. She has led groups for both people newly diagnosed with MS and people experiencing progressive disability due to their MS. She also led therapy groups for caregivers who support people severely disabled by MS. In addition to working with people who have MS, she also works with patients with other neurological diseases. Elizabeth enjoys working with people who are motivated to create healthier patterns of coping to their current life challenges.
