2022 Stormwater Victoria Awards Winners – Celebrating Excellence in our Industry

The 2022 Stormwater Victoria Awards for Excellence Ceremony took place at The Pier, Geelong on Tuesday, 7th June 2022, with over 140 water professionals gathered to recognise some truly amazing water projects and contributors from across the industry.

The 2022 Award Winners included:

· Excellence in Asset Management – Optimal Stormwater and the City of Casey for their project: 'Optimization, Improvement, Capacity Building and Education on the Maintenance of the City of Casey Stormwater Treatment Assets'.

· Excellence in Policy or Education – Stormy Water Solutions for their 'Drainage System Design and Water Sensitive Urban Design Training Courses'.

· Excellence in Strategic or Master Planning – Engeny Water Management and Yarra City Council for their project: 'Prioritising IWM Opportunities in Inner Melbourne'.

· Excellence in Infrastructure – Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, Rye Community Group Alliance, Engeny Water Management, Melbourne Water and DELWP for 'A Coastal Wetland' - The First Coastal Bioinfiltration Basin on the Mornington Peninsula.

Stormwater Victoria recognises the importance of celebrating industry achievements and sharing project insights across our industry.
