Delegated Regulation of the European Electronic Communications Code: What You Need to Know

On 16 December, the European Commission published a delegated regulation supplementing the European Electronic Communications Code (directive 2018/1972). The regulation contains more specific rules related to routing to the most appropriate PSAP, accessibility for people with disabilities, emergency caller location, and transition to IP.
