The Challenge:

Four Adobe solution partners posed challenges to a fictitious global white-label manufacturer seeking to establish a digital distribution channel. The partners have exact 10 minutes each to present their pitch.

The expert teams faced the following framework conditions:
- Creation of a hybrid online store (B2C and B2B) for a manufacturer.
- The customer does not have an online store yet and needs to invest due to increasing competition from other manufacturers and platforms.
- Project planning requires a go live of the first e-shop within two months.
The goal is to keep the costs under control, to develop a lean implementation plan and to create an outstanding platform.
