Delaware River Basin Commission 4Q Public Hearing

The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) will hold its fourth-quarter public hearing on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, beginning at 1:30 pm. Written comments on matters scheduled for hearing will be accepted through 5 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2022.

The public is invited to register here to attend the public hearing and to provide testimony on matters scheduled for hearing, if desired.

A list of the projects scheduled for hearing, including project descriptions, will be posted on the Commission's website at least ten days before the hearing date at https://www.nj.gov/drbc/meetings/upcoming/

The public is advised to check the Commission's website periodically during the ten days prior to the hearing date, as items scheduled for the hearing may be postponed if additional time is needed to complete the Commission's review.

Items also may be added up to ten days prior to the hearing date. In reviewing docket descriptions, the public is asked to be aware that the details of projects may change during the Commission's review, which is ongoing.

Public comment at this meeting is limited to listed resolutions and/or draft dockets. An open public comment period may be held at the Commission's next regularly scheduled business meeting.
