Despite this being the second full academic year managing COVID-19, issues surrounding the pandemic continue to emerge. While college leaders hoped that a sense of ‘normalcy’ would return to campuses this fall, this has not yet been the case. Some of the biggest concerns identified have been related to senior leadership support, adequate staffing and resources, consistency in messaging from campus leaders along with exhaustion and frustration experienced by health services personnel. This “Ask the Experts” session is designed to identify strategies and tools to help campus health professionals with these and other issues mentioned during the session.
