Ahead of Ireland’s Largest Triathlon Weekend on 12-14 August, IRONMAN Ireland will be hosting a fun, informative session to help you prepare for your race day.

Join Emma Bilham (SUI), the reigning IRONMAN Ireland Champion, and Hilary Hughes (IRL), the multiple triathlon National Champion, in a conversation with our IRONMAN Ireland Race Director, John Wallnutt.

Hosted by Joanne Murphy from Tri Talking Sport, the session will explore the top tips and tricks for athletes racing in Cork this August and give you the chance to ask your most pressing questions. This session is relevant for athletes competing in IRONMAN 70.3 Ireland, Cork on 13 August and IRONMAN Ireland, Cork on 14 August.
