Presentation Abstract: Attorneys have been utilizing remote deposition technology for as long as it has been available and The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure have allowed depositions to be taken “by telephone or other remote means. What is new is the idea that all parties will be appearing remotely. This presentation will help us understand what needs to be considered given this changing landscape to ensure compliance.
