Join Parkinson Society BC’s neuro physiotherapist, Shelly Yu in a four-week series of seated exercises. This class is suitable for those who would like a slower-paced, yet high-energy, exercise class. All exercises will be completed while sitting. Classes will focus on various components of mobility, strength, and endurance to improve overall day-to-day function. No equipment is required, other than a chair to sit in.
