This course will prepare attendees to be effective communicators and leaders across generations. Leaders will learn to recognize the communication preferences and needs of those from different generations and use age-related approaches and cultural considerations to bridge generational gaps with success. Attendees will gain an understanding of the unique challenges and approaches to effective intergenerational communication and will practice various leadership strategies they can apply in the workplace. Additionally, they will explore the history and culture of communication, and learn to use critical language, storytelling and perspective-taking to increase collaboration and communication between them.
