Hydration Tips for Summertime

Water is sometimes called the "forgotten nutrient" because while it's not technically a nutrient, it's still critical to our nutritional status and wellbeing. In this webinar, we'll talk about the importance of adequate hydration ( especially in the summer), how to tell if you're adequately hydrated (do you really need 8 cups of water per day?!!), and foods that can contribute to our hydration.
