Nelly holds a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering from the City College of New York and an MBA from Hofstra University. Nelly never misses an opportunity to travel, but her favorite travel experiences are those that allow her to engage with the local communities. Brian Dass (Chief Strategist and Technology Officer @Wayaj) Brian Dass is an accomplished travel & hospitality industry executive with over twenty-five years experience developing innovative and scalable technologies and has managed global sales and customer support teams. His two previous startups pioneered hotel booking engines, channel managers and central reservations systems which powered thousands of global hotels in over 100 countries and generated over $1 billion in reservations. They were both eventually acquired by TravelClick (an Amadeus company) and Pegasus solutions respectively. Logan Cohen (LEED AP, ENV SP, Sustainability Specialist @Wayaj) Logan is the designer of Wayaj’s sustainability rating, which scores the performance of hundreds of hotels in over 100 countries. He is also responsible for research and development of all sustainability features. Logan has experience across several industries in measuring waste and carbon, as well as creating targeted solutions to reduce their impacts. Nerdin St. Rose (Director, Marketing @Wayaj) Nerdin has over 25 years experience in hospitality, travel and tourism marketing. She has experience working with the private and public sectors and a sound knowledge of working across the Caribbean. Nerdin has worked on successful campaigns for both luxury and emerging budget-conscious brands. She holds a MSc in Marketing Management, BSc in Hospitality Management, and a Certificate in Sustainable Tourism Development for Small Islands Development States.
