Rules - Standing Committee of the 2022 DPH State Convention

This committee is responsible to receive proposals to amend or revise the Constitution and the By-laws of the Democratic Party of Hawai‘i. Shall have the power to format, edit, combine proposed rules changes, and make substantive amendments that do not alter the intent of the proposed rule addition or change.

This meeting is in webinar fashion and the public will be able to use that chat to talk to the Committee Members. The chat feature can be shut down by order of the Chair or Vice-chair if it is being spammed etc.
