Souzanne has a bachelor's degree in psychology, master's in behavior analysis and MBA in Business Management. She is certified in Change Management by APMG International and Stanford’s Compassion Cultivation Training. She is also HR Agile Professor, UN Women's WEPs Award judge and member of Virtual Advisory Board (VAB).
Elizabeth Decker

Elizabeth Decker is the vice president of training design & development for the American Bankers Association in Washington, D.C. She leads a team who focuses on the design and development of e-learning courses, webinars, facilitated online courses and textbooks. She is an established leader in learning and development with demonstrated experience supporting the design, development and delivery of client-focused training products and services. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Design from Radford University, an M.S. in Adult Learning and Human Development from Virginia Tech, a certificate in Prior Learning Assessment from DePaul University and a Certificate in Management Excellence from Yale University. She is pursuing her ACC coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation. She is a member of the advisory council for The George Washington University Women in Leadership certificate program.
