Nathalie Gabbay
President @RGC Coffee
Nathalie is a third-generation coffee lover at RGC Coffee in Montreal, Canada. She joined RGC Coffee in 2003 to diversify its client base and to develop a sustainability program-focused business unit, which today represents more than half of the company’s business. Nathalie was appointed president of RGC Coffee in January 2021 and will guide corporate strategy and manage international operations of RGC and its subsidiaries in Bogotá, Colombia (RGC Americas), and Los Angeles (RGC USA) while retaining her role in sales and business development. She works in the family tradition with her brother, Jonathan and father Ron, who moved on to the role of Executive Chairman this year. Nathalie is active in the coffee community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Coffee Association and previously served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Specialty Coffee Association from 2009 to 2013.
Alvin Suissa
Vice-President @Ken Gabbay Coffee Ltd.
Alvin Suissa is Vice-president of Ken Gabbay Coffee Ltd, in charge of green coffee procurement and sales. He is a CPA and has been in the coffee industry for over 20 years. He has been involved with many coffee related organizations, including several years on the executive and board of the CAC and working on special projects with Fairtrade Canada. He has been married to his wonderful wife Lauren for 25 years, has 4 amazing children and 2 delicious grandchildren.
Phil Douek

Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Concordia University. After graduating, he worked at two coffee service companies in the Montreal area where he was in charge of sales. He then joined the family business which was founded by his grandfather in 1951. NJ DOUEK is a leading green coffee importer and pioneer in the area of specialty coffees. Today, Phil is vice president of NJ DOUEK which supplies roasters of all styles and sizes throughout North America.

Naushad Panju is President of Kencaf Importing & Distributing Inc. He has been a trader there since 1996. Kencaf Importing & Distributing Inc is a an importer of coffee from producing countries around the world. We are distributors to coffee roasting companies across Canada and the USA.
