Restore yourself with this practice designed to release stress and tension from the body and mind and welcome healing, immune boosting and resiliency! Join me for an hour of connection, laughs, meditation, breathwork, tapping, meridian work, acupressure and YIN yoga. I love you all and I guess this is our new normal for a bit.

Props will make your practice safe, comfortable and meaningful! I recommend jumping onto the Yoga Direct website and purchase at a minimum (a mat and 2 blocks) , and 8 ft strap and a round bolster (small or big)
