Brandi Fowler brings over two decades of expert-level HIM industry knowledge and passion for life-long learning to her role as Privacy Officer and Vice President of Advisory & Workforce Solutions for AMN Revenue Cycle Solutions. Mrs. Fowler’s background as Director of the Health Information Management (RHIA) Program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University affords her the opportunity to bring a unique perspective to her current executive leadership role.
Gerry Altamirano
Program Manager for Workplace Diversity @AMN Healthcare
Gerry Altamirano is the Program Manager for Workplace Diversity driving internal DEI initiatives. Prior to joining AMN, Gerry served as a DEI Strategist with Tangible Development, a DEI consulting firm in NY. In this role, Gerry worked with a variety of clients assessing current DEI performance and developing strategic plans to enhance organizational DEI maturity. Additionally, he developed and facilitated DEI curriculum and workshops designed to foster a culture of belonging and increase retention of diverse talent.
Iannah Johnson
Instructional Designer for Clinical and Education Solutions @AMN Healthcare
In her role as an Instructional Designer at AMN Healthcare, Iannah Johnson collaborates with industry leading subject matter experts (SMEs) to curate enriching and immersive educational content. Outside of her day-to-day role as an Instructional Designer Iannah is an active Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Champion. Iannah facilitates many dialogues around DE&I initiatives and topics at AMN on an enterprise-wide scale and on an individual service-line level, through Real Talk discussions. Iannah also uses her instructional design talents to create many presentations and infographics regarding DE&I. Iannah’s efforts and passion for DE&I were recently recognized when she was awarded the 2022 AMN Healthcare VIP Passion award.
Mercy Benshetler
Manager of Social Impact @AMN Healthcare
Mercy Rios Benshetler leads AMN Healthcare’s National Corporate Social Responsibility Programs and has over ten years of experience in philanthropic programming. As a Co-Chair of the American Staffing Association Community Relations Committee, she is a subject-matter expert providing resources, workshops, and presentations to guide other companies in developing and managing their Social Impact Strategies. Last year, she launched the Latin American Legacy Alliance Employee (LALA) Resource Group, whose mission is to represent, advocate, and celebrate the Latino community’s unique experiences, challenges, and culture. She previously served on four other Employee Resource Groups.
