Did you know that LGBTQ+ individuals are more than twice as likely to experience mental health conditions compared to their non-LGBTQ+ peers? Shockingly, LGBTQ+ youth are four times more likely to attempt suicide. These concerning disparities are due to a variety of factors, including discrimination and lack of social support. In this episode, we have a diverse panel who will share their experiences and perspectives on mental health. Whether you're struggling with a diagnosed condition or simply trying to navigate the complexities of life, our panelists will provide valuable tips and resources to help you embrace your best self.
