Antonio Crosby is a Sr. Diversity Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL, MT, NM, OK, and TX. As a member of the Center for Diversity Equity, and Inclusion team, he partners with organizations, and universities on designing and implementing programs that increase diversity and fosters inclusion within the organization and its local communities.

Kevin Irvine is the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Individuals with Disabilities, at Rush University Medical Center. In this role, Kevin works with Rush’s Recruitment team to source individuals with all types of disabilities for jobs at Rush, co-chairs Rush’s ADA Task Force and facilitates its Disabilities Employee Resource Group. Outside Rush, Kevin recently completed 10 years of service on the Chicago Transit Authority’s Board of Directors, is a Disability Lead Member and a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow. He has lived experience as a disabled person who has HIV and Hemophilia B.

As Sr. Program Manager for Inclusive Hiring on the Microsoft Accessibility Team, Tarena Shanaberger is responsible for planning, organizing, scaling, and executing the Neurodiversity Hiring program and other disability hiring initiatives. Tarena partners closely with the Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition team, Diversity and Inclusion, the Disability employee community, and Accessibility Office. Working in partnership both internally and externally to bring different teams together to enable hiring, growth, and retention of people with disabilities.

Vivian is a skilled and highly effective Diversity and Human Resources leader with more than 30 years of mostly private sector experience in large and midsize companies. Throughout her career, Vivian led HR and Diversity organizations at the local, regional and global levels. Today Vivian is responsible for establishing & implementing the strategic direction and expansion of Disability Initiatives, Business Resource Groups, and Affirmative Action Compliance programs at Walgreens. Vivian holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago. She is bicultural and bilingual (English/Spanish).
