Building a diverse MedComms workforce: Developing Disability Confident recruitment strategies

In this webinar, we are joined by James Haq-Myles and Olivia Emirali, from the Lucid Group Talent Acquisition and Culture Teams, for a deep dive into how they have joined the UK Government Disability Confident scheme as part of their commitment to recruiting and supporting people with disabilities. The session will provide you with the practical tools to activate the Disability Confident scheme in your organisation. The team will also share what other exciting Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives they have planned.

And we answer questions from the audience.

It should be of interest to anyone who is working in and around MedComms, or who is wanting to join the business.
