Lisa Reijula
Associate Director of Outreach and Engagement @Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC)
Lisa Reijula joined the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee as Associate Director of Outreach and Engagement in August 2020, and leads the PRAC’s stakeholder relations, press relations, Congressional relations, branding and identity, content creation, and strategic communications efforts surrounding oversight of $5 trillion in pandemic response spending and programs. She previously served at the State Department and the Government Accountability Office. Lisa also led global trade programs for a Chicago metro area public-private partnership focused on economic development and was a consultant on the Chicago Police Accountability Task Force. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the U.S. Naval War College, and was a Fulbright scholar in Estonia.
Rehana Mohammed
Associate Director for Transparency @Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC)
Rehana Mohammed joined the PRAC in March 2021 to lead the transparency team, which includes analyzing pandemic spending data and managing PandemicOversight.gov, the government's authoritative source for information about spending and oversight related to the COVID-19 pandemic response. Prior to joining the PRAC, Rehana served as Director of Program Development at the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), where she managed data analytics, IT, project management, knowledge management, and strategic communications for the Rural Health Care program. Ms. Mohammed previously served as a Policy Analyst and Presidential Management Fellow at the Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President where she led implementation of the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (DATA Act). Rehana holds a Master's of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
