Mindfulness Moments
Join me for an hour of trauma-informed mindfulness where we will slow down, breathe, listen, and feel. Together we will increase our body awareness and calm our nervous system through breathing exercises, guided meditation, and journaling. Bring a cozy beverage, journal and pen, and any objects that bring you comfort (blanket, fidget, plant, candle, rock, etc). All are welcome, no previous meditation experience is required.
