NHS Chicago eight-hour home buyer education seminar prepares you for the complicated process of buying a home. Learn about the basics of budgeting, improving your credit, understanding the closing process and down payment assistance programs. This course is broken down into 4 distinctive parts:

1. Orientation to the home buying process
2. Budget & credit basics
3. Shopping for a home
4. Getting the deal done - closing process

To receive a certificate of completion form you must complete all four classes totaling eight educational hours.
