Amir Abu Ghudda
Amir Abu Ghudda has a BA in Political Science and a Certificate in Economics from the University of Regina and has a JD from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He has also pursued the traditional study of the Islamic sciences in Turkey with world-renowned scholars. He has completed articles (legal training) at Blakes, Cassels, & Graydon and has clerked at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, after which he practiced as a litigator in Saskatchewan. Amir will soon begin his Ph.D. in Arabic and Islamic Studies at Georgetown University and is currently a Senior Fellow at the Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research.
