Abstract: The 2021-2022 Innovative Pedagogies Webinar Series will inspire participants to think about educational practice through lenses which center and humanize historically excluded learners. Our hope is that participants will walk away with an invigorated teaching philosophy and toolkits that revolutionize their practice. This webinar features Drs. Tyrone Howard and Kerri Ullucci, who will discuss how to move past the mythologies about poverty that surface in classrooms toward strategies for educating students from impoverished backgrounds.
