Carolyn Heinrich, PhD (Patricia and Rodes Hart Professor of Public Policy and Education @Leadership, Policy & Organizations Dept., Peabody College, Vanderbilt University)
Dr. Heinrich’s research focuses on education, workforce development, social welfare policy, program evaluation, and public management and performance management. She earned her Ph.D. at the University of Chicago.

Velma McBride McMurry, PhD (University Professor @Peabody College, Vanderbilt University)
Professor McBride Murry has conducted research on African-American parents and youth for over a decade and identified proximal, malleable protective factors that deter emotional problems and risk engagement in youth.

Joe Zickafoose, MD (Assistant Professor, Clinical Pediatrics @Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt)
Joseph Zickafoose is a practicing primary care pediatrician whose research focuses on health care services for children, Medicaid policy, and the intersections between them.

Stephen Patrick, MD, MPH (Director @Vanderbilt Center for Child Health Policy)
Stephen W. Patrick, MD, MPH, MS, is the Director of the Vanderbilt Center for Child Health Policy, an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Health Policy at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and an attending neonatologist at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
