As a result of the recent sale of our software business, GoProposal, we are going to run an interview style webinar on Thursday 21st October to discuss the path that took us to our exit.
Hosted by Stuart Brown of MAP, we will be answering questions on our growth journey to build the business as well as the transaction itself, including:
- How we attracted the attention from multiple buyers and secured the best deal
- How we prepared for the most thorough due diligence process that I have witnessed (as you would expect from selling to a large PLC)
- What the roles look like for me, James and our team post completion
Of course your real interest is in your own business so we will be using the GoProposal story to hopefully help you to consider what your own journey might look like and how you might be able to think and plan in a way that helps you to achieve your own exit, if that it something that you aspire to.
