CEE Swiss Impulse Session: To e or not to e? - Linnar Viik

Digitization and IT technologies seem to be the most important topics of the 21st century. Due to Covid-19, this development has accelerated even more. Today, in CEE, but also around the world, Estonia is broadly considered to be a global champion in digitization. But how is this possible? How did Estonia get there with a yearly spent per capita on digitization which is smaller than a Spotify subscription fee? Linnar Viik has been a major contributor to this long long success story and he will tell us how Estonia grew into the digitally most advanced society and what we all can learn from this.
