How to involve your internal stakeholders in the UX discovery

When working on a website project, the information you need may not always be available upfront. Yet, to create a successful website, designers need a high-level understanding of both the client objectives and end-user needs. For a site to be a human-centred experience, you’ll want to bring in plenty of data and research to inform the design process, both from internal stakeholders and end users.
The UX discovery is the first step in the UX design process, and a discovery questionnaire is the tool you need to align the organization with your website’s goals. By asking your stakeholders key questions, a solid UX discovery phase will give you the foundation you need to build a fantastic website.
