IGG Webinar with Melissa Johnson - Saturday, October 9th, 2021
We're thrilled to welcome Melissa Johnson back to the IGG, who will be presenting:

"Find Those Long Lost Cousins: Descendant Tracing"

Genealogy research no longer simply consists of following your deceased ancestors back in time from generation to generation. Many family historians are now interested in tracing family lines up to the present day in an effort to locate living relatives, often for DNA testing. What happened to that cousin you vaguely remember as a child? Did your great-grandfather’s sister ever have any children or grandchildren who you can target for DNA testing? Learn research techniques specific to tracing downward in family trees to the present day.
