Building an Accessible Learning Experience

Join MDTAP's IT Accessibility team and guest presenter, Karl Belanger, from the NFB as we explore best practices and how-to's to ensure an accessible learning experience for students. From creating accessible documents to understanding accessibility in learning management systems, the AT & IT team will guide you through the process of incorporating accessibility into a variety of learning platforms. This session will focus primarily on non-visual access, but will include ways in which educators can incorporate accessibility best practices for students with a wide variety of disabilities.
