Nick has considerable experience in working with both clients and developers at every level and has a strong history of innovative and successful solutions in a commercial environment. He leads the buildingSMART Regulatory Room.

Franco Coin is a business consultant involved in project management and marketing coordination in DBA Group SpA, a group of companies specialized in Consultancy, Architectures, Engineering, and ICT services focused on lifecycle management for building and mission-critical infrastructure. Franco has been involved in digital compliance for 30 years and focussed on digital regulations for the built environment during the last years. He is an openBIM passionate supporter and a proud buildingSMART International Regulatory Room steering committee member. Franco is a member of the buildingSMART Italian Chapter too, where he is responsible for the local Regulatory Room.
