IndiesUnite! Presents: Taking Action to Prevent Gun Violence
Join Indies Unite!, for this virtual event Thursday, November 3, at 5pm PT/ 8pm ET, in conversation with activists from Teachers Unify to End Gun Violence. Separate from the school virtual event earlier in the day, this second event will feature group discussion with activist Abbey Clements, plus authors Barbara DiLorenzo, De Nichols, and John Della Volpe, about their hopes for the future of safety from gun violence in America.

Authors will discuss activism, using art as a method for channeling fear into creativity, and other ways Generation Z, their parents, and teachers can find an outlet and take action against gun violence.

This event is for parents, teachers, any guardians of school-age children, and those interested in creating a culture of greater safety from gun violence, especially in American schools.

Event will also include a moderated Q&A.
