"የኢትዮጵያ ኩነተ ሀገርና የሀገሪቱ ሕገ መንግሥት” The conference will try to address two major thematic questions: (1) what is the state of the Ethiopian state, and (2) is Ethiopia’s unity, integrity and peace sustainable under the current EPRDF constitution. There will be two panels of presenters for each of the two themes. Each panel will have a chair who would briefly introduce the theme of the panel and proceed to moderate the panel presentations. Each speaker would address a specific aspect of the general theme in that panel (see possible topics below). Panel presenters in their respective themes are expected to present evidence-based analyses of their respective topics and outline applicable solutions that serve policy makers. There will be one or two discussants assigned for the theme. Conference organizers plan to edit the thematic presentations and recommendations indicated, and publish the proceedings for a wider circulation in Ethiopia. Chairs and panel presenter are requested to prepare their respective presentations suitable for publication.
